Rajsutra

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment of products purchased from Rajsutra. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.


1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays

  • Processing times are estimates and may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Rajsutra reserves the right to delay, split, or cancel shipments at its sole discretion

Once an order has entered processing, modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed.


2. Shipping Destinations

Rajsutra currently ships to:

  • Canada

  • United States

We reserve the right to expand, restrict, or discontinue shipping to any location without prior notice.


3. Shipping Rates & Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, dimensions, and carrier rates

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law

  • Promotional or free shipping offers are time-limited and subject to specific terms

Rajsutra is not responsible for carrier pricing changes after order placement.


4. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times commence after dispatch, not order placement.

  • Canada: approximately 3–7 business days

  • United States: approximately 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Rajsutra shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our control.


5. Transfer of Risk & Title

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon handover of the shipment to the carrier.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Rajsutra is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage, including but not limited to porch theft or misdelivery.


6. Tracking & Carrier Responsibility

Tracking information is provided as a courtesy and may not update in real time.

Rajsutra is not responsible for:

  • Carrier system delays or inaccuracies

  • Delivery attempts made during recipient absence

  • Carrier-related service failures

Any claims must be pursued with the carrier where applicable.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Rajsutra shall not be liable for:

  • Delays, losses, or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses

  • Additional fees incurred for address corrections or reshipment

Reshipping, if approved, will be at the customer’s expense.


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges

  • Rajsutra does not refund orders refused or abandoned due to customs fees

Delays caused by customs authorities are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.


9. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

Rajsutra reserves the right to:

  • Request photographic evidence

  • Deny claims submitted outside the stated timeframe

  • Determine resolution at its sole discretion

Approved resolutions may include replacement, store credit, or partial refund, as deemed appropriate.


10. Force Majeure

Rajsutra shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, governmental actions, or transportation disruptions.


11. Policy Modifications

Rajsutra reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
